We want you to love your Rotimatic experience; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure every household enjoys perfect, fresh rotis with complete peace of mind.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated support team via the Rotimatic app or website with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Pack Your Device
Securely pack the Rotimatic in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the unit is not damaged during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated courier location for tracked delivery to our inspection facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
